A.Dear Sir,
Your question is like whether you get a baby child or boy child before marriage. The compensation in Motor Vehicles Accident case depends upon formulae. You may place your records before any expert lawyer dealing in such cases but Court is the ultimate authority to award compensation amount.

A.If a driver is involved in an accident in India and if it caused victim's death then, a minimum of INR 50,000/- and if permanent disablement is caused then, a minimum of INR 25,000/- must be paid as compensation. A claims tribunal can pay even more after considering the case.
The factors that'll be considered by the tribunal includes:
The financial status and stability of the wrongdoer.
Expenses due to the accident
Ailments to the body due to the accident.

It depends upon the facts and different circumstances of the case.
