School Haircut

I am in class 9th studying at a renowned private school in my city, We had our Science Exhibition on 22nd of October and Our director didn't like how hair of some boys were above Ear length, they gave no verbal and written warning regarding hair cut before and the director herself decided to cut hair of almost 9-10 students without consenting parents and announced that she does not fear anyone cause this is within the law,I was literally crying when this was happening to me, Is there any legal thing that i can do? Imagine this happens to a girl by a male teacher?

You along with the other students can ask file a complaint in the police station and also to district magistrate as well as the education board, against the director in regards to harassment and ragging. It will be taken more seriously if your parents file the complaint. Please do note if your director is not removed and she faces no consequence she will hold a grudge against you and that would not be good for your educational years. Keeping in mind the same please proceed accordingly.
