MY BROTHER FROM ABROAD VISITED INDIA & WISH TO USE MY HONDA CAR.HE IS A DRIVINGLICENCESED HOLDR.BY MISTAKE IN PARKING SPOT MY NEIGBOUR CAR HIT FROM BACK WHILE TAKING CAR OUT FROM PARKING.WE INFORMED HIM & SAY WILL PAY U REPAIRING COST.AFTER TWO DAYS MY CAR MECHANIC TOOK MY CAR FOR REPAIR, I ASKED HIM TO REPAIR NEIGHBOUR DAMAGED CAR TOO.ON DISCUSIION MECHANIC SAID @10000.00 COST.I ASKED THE NEIGBOUR HE SAID I GOT REPAIR FROM MARUTI AUTHORISED & SAID @40-45 K COST.I ASKED HIM WHY SO DIFFERENCE HE STARTED SPEAKING WRONGLY & READY TO FIGHT WITH ME.DUE TO NEIGHBOUR I SOFT BUT WHEN IT COMES TO SELF DEFENCE I SAID HIM NOT THIS WAY TO RESOLVE.HE IS PRESS REPORTER,RICH SO NOT GETTING PRACTICAL.WHAT TO DO TO STOP SUCH DADAGII IN SOCIETY.HE ALWAYS PARKED UNJUDICIOUSLY HIS CAR TWO WHEELER

A.Dear client,
File a police complaint against him as he is clearly harassing you mentally. Take up the issue with the local authorities like Nagarsevak, Corporator or any designated authority, and prefer a complaint through them in your Police authorities and on advice file FIR. If needed, take advice & help from a Lawyer from the panel of Vidhikarya to address all aspects of the issue amicably and suitably.
