It's a common practice that the tractor are advanced to customer from dealership after collection nominal amount then it takes usually a month or two to recover full amount and then only tractor is insured and registered. What if in between tractor meets an accident or is stolen at customer end . What is remedy to be safe for dealership
A.Dear Sir,
The RC Owner will be responsible if it is not insured. The dealer will be held responsible if he allows the vehicle to run on the roads without valid insurance policy.

A.Dear client,
Being a dealer, you can get an insurance policy from the insurer even if you do not have a registration number for your vehicle. This system ensures the vehicle is insured right before it leaves the showroom and if a claim arises, the owner is covered against the same. So, it is better to get insured first.
