WHAT MAKES CONSUMER FORUMS IN DELHI SO SLOW IN DISPOSAL OF CASES WHAT MAKES CONSUMER FORUMS IN DELHI SO SLOW IN DISPOSAL OF CASES

The average time of disposal of cases in DCDRF in Delhi is between 3 to 5 years, which takes away the spirit of the consumer protection law and many people don't fight their cases to the end. Many lawyers also advise to settle the case outside of DCDRF due to the long estimated time for disposal of cases in Delhi. However, some states have DCDRF which dispose cases much faster, like in just one year. Why is it not the same for DCDRF in Delhi?
