hi sir my mom has given two 50000rs(1lakh) to the next house people by pronotes, they gave the amount to his friend without our knowingness after that collected the intrest by his friend directly now that guy was abscanding .. so we asked the next house people to return it still 4months now he is daily saying amount will come today will come today like that .. and he is also telling i dont have fear to face the police complaint is telling ..what is the procedure to complaint

A.Dear Client,
Register an FIR against the person whom you gave the money. Then you can file a suit under cheating under ipc and breach of trust.
