I am a 16 years old girl and I am suffering from regular domestic violence. My father is a characterless creep who will click my pictures and distribute among his friends and my mother is having multiple affairs. They moved me when i was child to my grandparents where an uncle tried to abuse me. There are multiple cases which I can't illustrate here.

Now when i wanted to get help and even tried to get out of this hell, they try to control me and even even physically torture, lock me and even stop my access to internet and calls so that I can’t call the police or the child helpline number. Still I managed to call once and although the police threatened them they stopped for some time but now they have restarted the torture again. I feel unsafe and don’t want to have any communication with them. In this regard please help me with the following questions:

Can i stay alone while claiming maintenance from them
Is there any way to make sure they or any of their known people don't try to harass me.
If I stay in a government house can i use internet to complete my studies through distance education or any nearby colleges
After I turn 18, how soon can I leave such a government home.
I don’t have any means to pay any lawyer. How do I contact and file the case?
I am from West Bengal.
It will be of great help if an urgent help is provided. Thank you.

A.Dear client,
8793088814 call this number and raise complaint against your father and uncle first. There are many NGOs in India that help the girls who have undergone domestic violence.
SHEHEROES is an app exclusively for women and you should contact them by downloading their app.
You can contact many law firms that will be ready to take up such pro bono cases(free cases). The firms will help you with your situation.
Yes, you can take distance education and complete your studies, but the fees will be high in such courses. Be careful.
