If a boy wants to commit suicide.Ya tries to commit suicide but the boy's family already stops the boy.So can the boy file a case of abetment to commit suicide who instigated him to commit suicide or forced him to commit suicide?If he can file a case, then how many years will be the punishment for the boy against whom he will file the case?
