My ex girlfriend cheated on me.. robbed me of a lot of money..And cheated and left..Later Section 354B of IPC was implicated in a false case..Now I have come to know that the girl has looted money by cheating many people in the past also..The girl's family also helps in reducing this..What legal action can I take against the girl.. I have proof..
