Dear sir,
I have given rs.3 lac to the landlord on property security (property description -second floor which is under construction) in which security agreement has been done for 11 months. He had given us a commitment That we will get it ready and give it to you in 15 days. But haven't done construction in it yet. 2 months have passed. which property registered through GPA in name of landlord. We request you kindly suggest us What should I do

On property papers or agreement u may not get refund of amount. Better approach police and ask them to get a blank cheque from the land lord as he cheated u and thereafter file cheque bounce case.

A.You should send a legal notice to the builder with the help of an advocate for immediate handover of the possession of the said property and if he fails then kindly file a consumer complaint against the concerned builder before the consumer commission of your local jurisdiction and also claim compensation.
