Actually I'm studying in 11th sci in munshi and i am not going school since 1 month the reason is bit complicated but I want to know that My exams will conduct in april will school allow me if a go to school direct only to give exam?

Each and every school runs their system as per the Boards they are affiliated to. Contact them via mails and letters. If you have medical grounds which justify your absence, it should be granted.
You need to satisfy the school authorities for such absence with valid and justified reasons.
