A.Hi client,

Have you received a summon from court? If a case is initiated you will be receiving the summons. It should contain a case number. Thus, contact an advocate from your local jurisdiction to see the matter.
It can also be a trap from some fake group to harass you. Let an advocate speak as your representative and sort out the matter.

Thanks and Regards
Simi Paul

A.Hello Client,
First, you need to see if the agreement that you signed with them has a clause that mentions that you need to pay money in case of breach of contract and if so then how much. According to S of the Indian Contracts Act, they cannot ask for money that is not mentioned in the contract and is not reasonable. Additionally, if there's a case filed against you, you must receive a summons suit from the court, please do check if you have received any and in case you have not, then no case has been filed against you.
Hope this helps.
