Flat agreement in my name & father's name. Father has not contributed from retirement fund as promised. FYI. Then I took mortgage loan from Axis. Axis insisted both signature instead of father given affidavit to the said flat trf in my name. Father has done registered gift deed to release his share as per agreement to clear title in favor of me. But Axis legal team says you should/must have obtained NOC from us at the time of registration of Gift Deed 2 years back. now repaid entire loan of axis and to collect original documents he asked all legal heirs present and indemnity bond signed by all legal heirs and denying to accept registered gift deed. My question is when father was executred gift deed to release his share by payment stamp duty and registration fees then why axis legal team is denying? is it mean that gift deed doesn't have any legal value? when all family members are accepting then how come axis denying the same? can we approach court to find justice?
