I work in a company and had a IMARGENCY work to completed in gantok so I hired a 3rd party worker to do the job as a deal made by verbal 50% payment is made in advance and rest after the work is completed but after paying the amount he not receiving my call and refusing to do my work

A.Hello Client,
Verbal contracts are valid and since this is a breach of contract, you can approach an advocate an d file a suit against the same.
