Recover money - do not have any signed agreement
1 year ago
My uncle owes me 14 lakh rupees.. I don't have any signed agreement for this... I have some recorded phone calls where he has agreed to pay me the money back.... Can I use the recordings to file a criminal case against him?
A.Dear Sir,
You cannot file criminal case but approach Police and if you are in good books they will settle the matter and you may at the most get a cheque from your uncle and thereafter fight legally.
