Hi,I need an advice to stop children from playing cricket in the streets. They create havoc, nuisance and break peace of people living around. If asked to stop they argue and their parents come and argue too. Our peace is ruined, please advice if on any legal grounds they can be stopped.

A.dear client you may lodge complaint to the police for "Public Nuisance" and they will settle the matter amicably.

A.Call police as and when they make nuisance via helpline number and if police personnel's are not taking care of that or they are not paying serious attention to your complaint, you may file complain directly to concerned magistrate under section 156(3) of crpf for which you may consult an advocate too

A.Sir,
Children playing on street and roads is common in India.If really it creates problems nuisance you may lodge complaint to the police for "Public Nuisance" and they will settle the matter amicably.

A.A.In your place you have Senior Citizens & with medical history you can take action against the parents & their children under the senior citizen Protection Act.If need you can take consult a Lawyer.
