online cheating on pretext of sending sample

Dear sir, Person from noida "Nilex trading India"( was listed in IndiaMart) promised me to send dry fruits sample and took order from me amounting 4000/- and now has blocked my number. I found that they have cheated many in the same manner, Please guide me.
