I want to know will the contract be valid and legal. And also I want to know only be usage and access rights will be shared or the selling rights also. Please can you give me some clarity over this.

A.Hello Client,
I would suggest you consult an advocate and ask him to draw up the agreement. Whatever clauses you will put in the same will be given as rights to him. Hope this helps.

A.Hi client,

Whatever conditions or clauses you have you can make it in the form of an agreement. Mention the entire details of their rights, the amount of consideration , also the space in the property is just for the common use, do mention that.
Contact an advocate in your local jurisdiction who would help and guide you to make a valid agreement.

Thanks and Regards
