Need Refund for services not availed

Sir, I paid VLCC (200000) amount for some services, but I didnt avail any services. I asked for a refund from them within 3 days. They are saying no to this refund. Can i get complete refund of my money ?

Firstly you need to check your invoice and contract details if they do not have refund policy and you have purchased the particular plan then you can not claim. But there are certain grounds on which you can claim.

Invoice doesnt mention any polices on refund. Contract details they never shared with me .Its in the VLCC branch. Can I go and ask that the contract to be shared with me? Is there any legal binding on VLCC to pay me back?
