recovery of money from broker

i had taken flat for rent, paid 7000 broker charge and 15000 deposit total 22000 in broker's bank account, he gave me key of the house, next day owner said we don't want to give flat on rent to bachelor boy. i said okay will leave room today, broker told me to stay for 15 days till i'll get you another flat and owner agree for 15 days. in 15 days broker did not found any room, so i've ask him will he return all the broker charge so could hire another broker he said yes on call i have call recording, then i hire another broker and got flat and shift after 15 days, but now i got to know that from deposit old broker have only given 10000 to owner, owner has return me deposit, but broker is not returning my money 5000 deposit and 3500 half broker charge as he was said on call. how could i get money i have call recording and online transaction details.
You can file a case for cheating and fraud through an advocate and since you have all the transaction receipts, it should be easy to prove the same. Hope this helps.
