Rights of daughter on grandfather's self acquired property

Hi Sir,
It's about property (land) , which my grandfather bought from his own income. My father got this through Phani and he transferred to me as gift deed.
I have 3 sister.
Question 1) can I now sell this property.
Question 2) do I need to take no objection from my sisters before I sell it.
Question 3) is this a ancestral or inherited property as it's not a property coming from 4 generations.

Since your father has given you the whole property as a gift deed, in that case, you can sell the same and do not need to get a no-objection certificate from your sisters. This is an inherited property. I hope this helps.
