You can write a written complaint to police station it would be better to get help of an Advocate for framing formal legal complaint.

A.Dear Sir/Madam,
If u have recordings of the same or any body ready to file affidavit in respect of that incident describing the words used then, u can lodge a complaint with police and see that FIR is issued.
