Bank account freeze/Lien due to cyber crime complaint

I am an online p2p trader and I have Lien amount in my bank account due to chain freeze from a cybercrime complaint, but all the transactions in my bank account are legit,now I want to unlien the amount .I tried to talk to the IO of the case and also there is no FIR on me, but he his not able to give time to me.
