Dere sir, I Am a farmer 6 month ago i was sold my crop at NAFED platfrom but still now my money is not creaditing in my account. Lot of time i contact to nafed but no one give right explanation. Nafed branch manager told me there are 6000 farmer who have not get there money and give the resion that is Lot entry of your crope not done still. But when i contact to Akola(my city) dmo and kharidi vikri he said that your lot entry already done 2 to 3 month before . So i want to take ligal action against Nafed. Give me addivice sir....

A.Dear client kindly issue legal notice through any experienced local lawyer for issuing your unpaid amount.if they didn't respond you then go through lawyer for filing recovery case.

A.Dear Client,
It may take a while to get the money from NAFED but you will get it.
Your second part is bit disturbing.
My suggestion would be to check with the higher authorities who disburses the money.
If the money has been released and not distributed to the farmers means there is something wrong somewhere and make sure to get the money and not misappropriated totally.
