Sale Deed - I purchased a house in 2018

I purchased a house in 2018 and through a lawyer i made a sale deed and it was registered in sub registered office. But the lawyer has not signed in the sale deed document and he as writen in the last page that drafter by self and asked me to sign there immediately after registration done and without knowing, i have signed there. My question is, is that mandatory that a lawyer/Document writer seal and sign should be there in the sale deed document or is the self drafted document is also a valid?

It is not mandatory for the lawyer to sign the document. Such document may be drafted by either lawyer or any other person knowing the drafting or it may be self drafted by the purchaser.
