A.Dear Client,
Do not get upset.Have patience.Time will heal everything.
If you do something against the wishes of your mother in law, your husband will get get upset.
Do you want to see your husband upset?
Tell your husband to tell his mother to sort it out failing which you look for alternative accommodation.
Now legally speaking, you can file a case under domestic violence.
Before I say this, I need to know the family history so that correct advice can be rendered.

Dear Client,
Your husband has the right to stay in his Father's house/or your father in law's house.
If your father in law in dead( in any case), then after the death you have to take a legal heir certificate where the names of legal heirs will be mentioned. In the present case, name of your mother in law and the name of your husband will figure in the legal heir list.Since your husband has the right means you are legally entitled to stay in the house. This is very simple.
