Effect of withdrawal of divorce petition on FIR of theft against wife Effect of withdrawal of divorce petition on FIR of theft against wife

I have filed divorce petition against wife in 2020 before family court . In the same year of 2020, I have filed private complaint against wife and her parents under section 156(3) for theft of golden ornaments and household material from locked house of mine before JMFC . In the year 2021, JMFC ordered for registration of FIR under section 378, 379, 34 against wife and her parents and directed concerned police station for investigation. Thereafter, wife and parents moved application for quashing of FIR before High court. Thereafter, I have filed reply and objections against petition of quashing of FIR . This Case in high court is pending.
Therefore, my question is if I withdraw divorce petition now from family court and file restitution of conjugal rights petition in family court in the interest of future of kids , will that affect my objections in high court for quashing of FIR against wife and parents? Please explain in detail.
