Regarding Indivdual Bankcrupt

Hi Sir,
I am a salaried Software employee who is earning 1.2per month, I took multiple loans for multiple apps and banks, it was around 45 lakhs lost everything in business and gambling sites. I am unable to pay emis now, I want to file individual bankruptcy.
I don't have any assets in my name I just have a car in my name.
Will it comes to my Father's head?
Please reply ASAP.

you can file for individual bankruptcy if you are unable to pay the amount above then Rs.500. For filing the individual bankruptcy you need to file the insolvency petition under Provincial Insolvency Act in district court having Jurisdiction regarding this where you live or where you resides.
