Harassment from a Fake Loan App Harassment from a Fake Loan App

Dear Sir/Madam, I have been getting several harassment calls daily from a fake loan App named as Zest Money. Just I enquired about the limit of loan amount from the Zest Money Fake Loan App without aware about this App. But they had taken digital signature from me and converted it as loan in the form of Amazon Pay Loan for the amount of 18990 on 31st July 2022. But, the next day I realized as it was fake, I asked them to cancel the loan immediately. But they refused to cancel the loan. The loan amount was not transferred to my Bank Account and not even showed on Amazon App. But, they tried to Debit from my Bank Account without my consent. They debited Rs.5108 and Rs.295 respectively on 5th Sept and 9th Sept 2022 from my SBI Account by without my consent. How can it possible for them sir? Since then I have been getting numerous threat calls from unknown peoples and WhatsApp messages from different individuals. I approached local Police and Cyber crime wing. They simply said that these were fake calls and they wanted me not to respond to the calls and messages. But, they have been disturbing me a lot during my work hours. Hence, I request you kindly suggest me a solution for this issue. I hope to hear from you soon. Thanking you.
