What is the Actual legal drinking age of Delhi and Gurgaon ? Is it 25 or it has been changed to 21 ?

Drinking age in India varies from state to state,like the drinking age in the state of Goa, Himachal Pradesh, karnataka, Sikkim and Puducherry is 18 years whereas the major metropolitan cities declares it to be 21.
It will completely be difficult to understand that which age to conclude ,it will depend upon the state/city you are in.

Drinking itself is illegal and there is age criteria. However it can be taken within the 4 walls without disturbing anybody.
