Civil case Adj court mis appeal

আমার একটি ADJ কোর্টে MISC. APPEAL(PRE-EMTION)কেস চলছে 2010 থেকে কিন্তু নিম্ন আদালতে কেস করি তিন বছর পূর্ণ হওয়ার পাঁচ দিন আগে এবং সেই কেসে আমি ড্রিক্রিও পায়।এখন কি শুনিনি করা যাবে ADJ কোর্টে?কারন হচ্ছে কোলকাতা উচ্চ আদালতের একটি রায়, যেটি তিন বছরের বদলে এক বছর করা হয়েছে।
