Bought apache bike and getting mistakes after second day what i do

I bought apache feom tvs and started getting issues after very frist day and when i get to service center they said wait I repair once now its showing same issues agsin can i get to consumer court i am irritated with this bike i want replacement its olny 20 days old and went to service center 5 times
