Issue in training

I had joined a private career counseling training services initially they were good till I joined once then they started to respond less then they started to redirect to other but no proper response then they conducted test but delayed the result now they released the result but it had incorrect calculations even the trainer agreed to escalate then provided the result again still it didnt corrected the errors now they are not responding at all initally while joining they didnt mentioned about exam but only training and work now they are not all responding well i request guidance what to do next as they failed to provide quality service as promised now not at all responding
As you said they are not providing the service as they promised so you can ask reason from them and if also they are not responding then you can sue them in concerned court.

I asked them, all they do not interested response redirecting someone we are escalating concern message I am on leave or I am on the way to office, on another call then again wait for one hour or eod but not at all caring or seriously taking their mistakes
Money on hold
Delay in work by interior designer and not providing copy of contract
Refund against service provide | study abroad consultancy
Order cancellation without user consent
Service center failed to repair the phone
