Complaint against principal

I am a student of class 10th, yesterday was my pre board but before that, I was called to reception by the principal. My, I and my brother sat for 2 hours and we were not allowed to make a call at home. My brother secretly made a call to my mom from one sweeper bhai ya's mobile. When the principal got to know about this incident she started insulting my mom,
Saying that “inke baap ka school hai kya”
“ab ye mujhe batayengi ki school kaise chalana hai”
Inki mummy kitni daring hai collectrate office chali gayi”
At that time whole reception, all teachers were listening.
Me and my brother felt very insulted....
She aaid many things loudly.
Because of this incident I will never step in that school. I hate this school who insulted my mom. Receptionist stared me and was talking about my mom very rudely

Immediately ask your parents to write a letter to the school's authority, for such offence done by your principal. Also lodge an FIR against the principal. No such authority can ever insult or harass a child this way. It is punishable. Hope you get justice.
