A.If the house broker has not returned the money you lent him despite multiple reminders, you may want to take the following steps:

Keep a record: Keep a record of all communication you have had with the house broker, including the dates and times of your phone calls and any messages or emails. This will help you keep track of your efforts to get your money back.

Send a formal notice: Send a formal notice to the house broker stating that you expect the money to be repaid within a specific timeframe. Make sure to keep a copy of this notice for your records.

Consider involving a third party: If the house broker still does not repay the money, you may want to consider involving a third party such as a mediator or an attorney to help you recover your money.

File a police complaint: If all other efforts to recover the money have failed, you may want to file a police complaint. You will need to provide evidence of the loan and the attempts you made to recover the money
Thank you
