VTP Earth One is appearing with Litigation on RERA

I was looking for Property , and got to know about project VTP Earth One, Mahalunge Pune, Project is very good.
But When I checked on RERA site it shows litigation.
VTP is saying that this litigation will not give issue, Can someone tell me what should I do..
