I want to file a case for witchcraft
I was adopted by my aunt and her husband when I was a year old . My uncle passed away 10 years ago . Since the adoption happened between the family, my aunt uses black magic to separate me from my biological parents with whom I started to be very close to after my aunt was arrested 9 years ago right after my uncle's passing. I have proof with me where I found my name along with my parents name on a piece of paper and a few symbols drawn on top of it and tied to a neem tree along with another proof where I managed to click photos of my aunt's nails in one piece of paper and ashes with remains of her nails in another piece of paper which she mixes in the food I eat. How do I fight for my life from the woman harasses me and practices witchcraft on me?
Firstly, you should consider contacting the police and reporting the harassment and the use of black magic against you. This is a serious offense, and the police can take appropriate action against your aunt.
Additionally, it may be helpful to seek the support of a therapist or counselor to help you cope with the emotional impact of this situation. A therapist can also help you develop strategies to deal with your aunt's harassment and protect yourself from further harm.
You may also want to consider seeking legal help to gain protection orders against your aunt, or even seek an order of protection from the court, which can legally restrict her from contacting you or coming near you.
In the meantime, it's important to be vigilant about what you eat and where you stay. Make sure to only eat food that you prepare yourself or that comes from a trusted source. It may also be helpful to stay with someone you trust, who can provide you with emotional support and protect you from your aunt.
Remember that you have the right to protect yourself and seek help from others. Don't hesitate to reach out to authorities, legal professionals, or other support resources to help you get through this difficult time.
Thank You
You may lodge complaint with Police and approach higher police officers if no FIR is registered then file a private complaint before Magistrate through advocate.
