A.Contact the travel agent: Reach out to the travel agent and request an update on your visa application and the status of your passport. Ask for specific details and a timeline for when you can expect your passport to be returned.

Escalate the issue: If the travel agent is unresponsive or doesn't provide satisfactory answers, escalate the issue to their supervisor or manager. If the travel agent is part of a larger company, you can also contact their customer service department.

Check with the embassy: You can also directly contact the embassy or consulate where you applied for the visa to check the status of your application. They may be able to provide you with more information on the visa application process.

File a complaint: If the travel agent is unresponsive or not resolving the issue, you can file a complaint with the relevant authorities. This can include consumer protection agencies, travel industry associations, or even legal action if necessary.

Consider alternative options: If the travel agent continues to be unhelpful, consider alternative options such as contacting a different travel agent or directly applying for the visa yourself. Keep in mind that this may require additional time and effort on your part.

Remember to keep a record of all your communication with the travel agent and any other relevant parties. This can include emails, phone calls, and messages. Having a record of your interactions can be helpful if you need to escalate the issue further.

Thank you
