Not on board. Taken on board at the request of accused. He filed an application for cancellation of warrant. On perusal of application it appears that there is no reason why he was absent on the last date of hearing when warrant was issued. It is contended, the accused is ready to pay the amount of compensation and accused has enclosed the demand draft of Rs.7,76,864/- According to the accused the applicant is not ready to accept the said amount. The accused has shown his willingness to deposit the same amount in District Commission. He is allowed to deposit the amount in the office of this Commission. As far as cancellation of warrant, we are not inclined to cancel the warrant today as the applicants are absent. Hence, matter be listed for regular date. In that time order of issuance of warrant be stayed. Stand over to 14/03/2023. who will hand me DD
