I do P2P work in binance exchange . one buyer filing false complaint against me after taking coin from me and i have all proofs deal done in a proper way and all chats of buyer and receipt which binance provide me. cyber cell freeze my account and i contact him but they are asking 8 days ago and asking me to bank account details to unfreeze the accounts but still not reinstaned please help what i do next

A.Hello Sir,
You should ask your branch office regarding the investigating authority and the case number from which the request for freezing your account was made. There on, you can approach that authority and provide details so that the account can be reinstated.
