In apr 2022 I paid 140000 to interior company for my home interior work. They started the work only after 2 months and also stopped after 3 days. When I asked them they told they need another 30000 to start the work. So I quit their work to return the money I paid. They told 3 days work cost 28000 and said to return 112000, but only installments. I received only 5000 so far. I was following up with them but he said he don't have money. It's been 11 months, with lot of stress. Please let me know what action I can take. No interior agreement between us., However I transferred money via online. Also in Jun I got an agreement signed for money to return by them.

As there is agreement between you two for the return of money then you can file a case against him in the court for the recovery of money. This could include a court order demanding that you pay back the amount in full or face other penalties such as wage garnishment or seizure of assets.
