Open Plot Ownership transfer From Firm/Company name to Welfare association

Place: Telangana State Can we transfer Plot (Open Land of 300 Yards) ownership rights currently existing from the name of Firm/company (Construction Builder Firm ) to the registered Welfare Association via Gift deed in the Sub-register office or Dist. register office...?? Is there any issues will come in this "company/firm" to "Welfare Association" ownership transfer of a open plot land property ??

Dear Client,
There are certain factors which you need to look in to.
1.The Welfare Association-Legal Status-Types of Activities involved in etc
2.Legally you can.
3.Whether Gift Deed or Sale Deed you have to pay the Stamp duty and fees etc to the Govt at least 7 % of the land value failing which it will be treated as under value and will attract another case.
