Sir mere uper ek mahila aur uske bete ne mere uper case lagaya h jisme DNA me beta nh paya Gaya per mere hi Ghar walo ke dwara mere virudh gawahi Di gai h lower or higher court ke dwara 5000 ru per month lagaya Gaya h me confuse hu ki suprim court me jau ki Jo h use hi man lu plz suggest kijiye

आपकी बात से यह पता नहीं चल रहा है की आपके खिलाफ फैसला कैसे हो गया ? सुप्रीम कोर्ट जाने की अभी जरूरत नहीं है क्यों की यदि हाई कोर्ट मे सिंगल बेंच का फैसला है तो आप हाई कोर्ट मे ही डिवीज़न बेंच मे अपील कर सकते है . और यदि लोअर कोर्ट का फैसला है तो आप हाई कोर्ट मे अपील कर सकते है.
आपके केस मे सबसे बड़ी बात तो यह है की डी एन ए रिपोर्ट यदि आपके फेवर मे थी तो फैसला आपके खिलाफ हो ही नहीं सकता था . लेकीन मे पहले फैसला पड़ना चाहता हु.

१ तुम्हारे ऊपर किस धारा मे किस बात का केस लगाया गया है ?
२. तुम्हारा डी . एन ए मैच हुआ या नहीं ? यदि मैच नहीं हुआ है तो तुम्हारे खिलाफ तो आर्डर ही नहीं होना चाहिए था ? तुम्हारे परिवार वालो ने तुम्हारे खिलाफ गवाही क्यों दी ?
३ तुम्हे ५००० रुपया किस बाबत देना है ?
४. फैसला लोअर कोर्ट से हुआ है या हाई कोर्ट से हुआ है ?
जब तुम सही सही बताओगे तभी तुम्हारी समस्या का समाधान किया जा सकेगा.

Sir crpc 125 guzara bhatta ka mamla h... actually ye mere Papa ka case h ..unki shadi us mahila se Hui the jab vo 10 cls me the ..but koi relation nh Raha unke beech....aur Jo ladka h vo mere father ka nh h DNA me ye baat sabit ho chuki h....family members me papa ke Bhai h jinse nh banti to unhone papa ke vipash me gawahi Di h....5000 ru monthly lower court ka decision tha ...jise higher court me yathavat rakha Gaya h .....
