CAR PARKING ISSUE

Sir, car parking is mentioned in my sale deed and amount break up is also given for car parking. But builder has not marked it to me. The car parking area is part of UDS. He marked and sold for other 2 owners. As per building plan 3 car parkings are there.. how can i claim my parking area ? how to do marking? as the property is let out for rent, the other owners are objecting my tenant to park the car.

As the car parking is mentioned in your sale deed. Send the other 2 owners a legal notice and ask for the area of parking as per sale deed. If they again refuse to do so then File a suit in the court regarding this.
