About vehicle noc

Sir, I bought a bike from a man and got the NOC letter typed for 50000 and he and I were negotiated for 40000, Now I have given him all the money, but due to some reason his signature could not be done on the original NOC, so he signed the photo state of the NOC and wrote that now I am the owner of the vehicle.So because of not having the signature on the original, will I face any problem tomorrow?

If NOC is not accepted by RTO Authorities then u will have to face problems. Better to get issue a legal notice or a notice by yourself and get original NOC.
