no set back of his building on either side

my neighbour has demolished the building on left side and start constructing four floors and on right side he had already constructed five floors on right side, both the site owner are one and same.no set back for my either side of the building and causes lot of problem for our daily activities and movement. we the senior citizens causes and face mental stress and tension. in fact the so called owner Mr. Ajit Ji Katariya Mob 98445-54666, never bother to turn up on humanitarian ground in spite of remind several times. pl give advise how to move with this.

You can file a case at a nearby police station, but this may bring out serious situations to face.
I will suggest you to talk ti the owners in a humble way and solve the matter because at the end they are neighbors who helps us difficult time.
Also if they didn't listen to you then you can file a civil suit regarding this in the court.
