Harassment of my parents from neighbours

Namasthe Sir,
My parents are senior citizens, father age is 75, mother age is 65. My father has 4 sisters and one young bother and he is educated and staying in Visakhapatnam. He shown fake proof and registered a common property to his name in the village. We filed a civil case on it, the hearings are in progress. My parents has 4 children, 1-Daughter, 3- sons. All of us are employed and staying in different cities. The house has two portions one for us and another portion my uncle gave to a family to scolds my parents daily. My uncle has friends from villages who are active in politics, so Police are not taking cases against them. They are harassing my parents daily, we are helpless to do anything. Please guide me to save my parents and live peacefully.
