I own a 2016 model bs iii active scooter . I recently shifted permanently from Maharashtra to west Bengal and have obtained an noc from Maharashtra rto to the local west Bengal rto. What is the procedure to legally drive my scooter in the new state? Because my pollution certificate is date end, i was fined by traffic police for pollution certificate, pollution certificate can't be produced in this state, because when taken to pollution certificate center it shows norms are note update.
