From last 20 years I have shop but land loard is not giving me money receipt when I give him rent, he is telling me to evict shop and agreement is failed from last 3 years he is only telling me verbally to evict shop he has not given me any notice from last one year he increased my rent from 2000 to 2500 and the size of my shop is only 3fit by 15fit please tell me what to do now

A.Dear Client,
If you are comfortable with changing your residence, you can ask the landlord to provide you the same in writing.
