About Rental property

My father gave our flat on rent before 6 months for the marraige occasion of rental but he neither gave any rent nor he is willing to empty the property.Even the common maintenaince connection of current is connected to our meter and he is not even paying it ..now wht should we do to make hime vacant it and pay the light bill. I know rent cannot be obtain d bcoz we didn't make any rental agreement .
